Responsibilities:

• To perform preventative maintenance for those customers who signed Service Contract with our company.
• To perform Pre-Delivery Inspection for all incoming tractors.
• To attend repairs as per request by Service Supervisor/Branch Manager.
• Undertake any other duties that will be given by the employer from time to time.

Requirements:-

• Graduated from technical school or at least 1 year working experience in automotive/diesel engine/agricultural industry.
• Proficient in both written and spoken in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Age between 20 to 40 years old.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Work location : Bintulu, Sarawak

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all technical service operations for agricultural machinery to ensure smooth and efficient running at all times.
• Develop and promote service sales for agency products handled by the Company.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Ensure yearly service budget targets are achieved.
• Plan and schedule mechanics’ repair and service jobs to estates, ensuring timely completion and high-quality workmanship.
• Conduct operator training for customers on proper usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting of agricultural machinery.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the employer from time to time.

Requirements:-

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field, with at least 3 years’ experience in a technical service role within the agricultural machinery or heavy equipment industry.
• Solid knowledge of machinery servicing, maintenance, and repair processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate; hands-on experience with ERP systems will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Foo Chow is an added advantage.
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors (pricing, products etc.).
• Prepare, customise and deliver persuasive and specific sales presentations to customers.
• Negotiate pricing and terms and conditions with customers with the purpose to close sales deals.
• Identify, recommend, and plan for participation in trade/industry related events and exhibitions.
• Weekly movements via sales itinerary and weekly reports must be submitted to the Sales Manager – input into CRM system.

Requirements:-

• Minimum Diploma & 3 years working experiences in marketing and sales of industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and computer skills.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Must be willing to travel extensively within your territory.
• Positions in Kuala Lumpur, Lahad Datu (Sabah) & Bintulu (Sarawak).
